Senior Business Analyst - Daily Rate Contract - Insurance

Description

You will be required to identify, define and deliver business improvement initiatives through analysis and critical reasoning. Build in depth understanding of products, processes, systems and market practices to support business plan execution, whether business as usual or transformation related. Lead the business facing project lifecycle phases including Requirement Definition and User Solution Reviews.

Daily Rates €400 - €500.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 4+ years specific Business Analyst experience.
* Excellent requirements gathering experience.
* Proven experience working on specific solution design.
* Drive to lead process and system improvement initiatives facilitating business and system change.
* Experience in workshop facilitation, engaging with users.
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives.
* Experience working in an Agile environment desired.
