Java developer- 6 month contract- €490per day.
Java developer position now required for an initial 6 month contract with a large financial services company based In Dublin.
This position requires a Senior Java developer with 5+years experience who have strong analytical and technical abilities.
Must haves: Strong Core Java, Java EE based web development, JasperReports library and JDBC(DB2 or Oracle) experience.
Java developer skills required:
• Substantial experience in Core Java and Java EE Web Application development.
• Experience with JasperReports library required.
• Key Technologies – Core Java, Java EE, Multithreading/Concurrency, REST, JSON, XML, JasperReports, JDBC.
• Quick learner of new tools and technologies.
• Able to work with distributed teams across multiple time zones.
• Experience with Tomcat or Websphere.
• Tools – well versed with Eclipse or Intellij; automated testing tools like JUnit, Cucumber/Gherkins; JIRA, Maven, Sonar
• Experience with MongoDB or Kafka advantageous.
