In early 2018 we will expand our customer support & front-end developer teams.
Their will be a variety of roles in customer support, on-site implementation-training. application modifications, when we install/roll-out our sophisticated application suite to new customers.
We will welcome applications from graduate interns & junior Front-end developers, who will be available after end January 2018.
You will start in customer support where you will learn & get to understand the features we supply to our end-users.
Based on your your aptitude & preferred areas of work, you can move into senior customer support, or project management or front-end development.
In each new role above, we will give you as much responsibility as you are comfortable with.
This role is ideally suited to someone who wants to join our small team at the early stage, where we want you to grow with our expanding business.

About the Roles
We have two divisions.
( 1 ) We sell 'POS-in-Cloud' Apps. see RetailCP https://retailcp.ie/ .
We will supply online support to App users in USA, UK & Ireland. This support work can be done from our Dublin office &-or your preferred home office.
We will continue to develop & improve our RetailCP Apps.
( 2 ) Our 'Ambient Displays' division is a 'New' project team & is separate to RetailCP APPs.
The new product is a fully integrated suite, providing a work-process App solution that has unique capabilities designed to solve specific requirements, for one clearly defined sector, in Ireland.
In early 2018, we will need customer support engineers & trainers & front-end developers.
The existing team of three includes back-end developer who is our overall product expert, the customer support manager & the business manager.
To match the variety of roles, we will offer annual salaries & incentives in a wide range from € 27,000 & upwards, which are negotiable based on experience & productivity.
In addition to salary, we plan profit sharing for the team. We want all team members to contribute to our emphasis on work satisfaction & a safe encouraging environment to share ideas
Independent self motivator. But also a team member.
We have traded profitably during eleven years and are self-funding this new software project. We three are mature with ages from 30 to 65. We combine a very wide range of business experience.

First Beta release Feb-2017 has been very well received by the customer, whom is a highly regarded business within a very specific sector.
We are poised for rapid sales & customer growth. We need you to help us deliver new-improved versions of the App, that each will meet exact needs & preferences of each new client organisation.
You will be encouraged to accompany the team to meetings with end-customer staff during the development process, so that you fully appreciate the features they passionately want.
