Due to continued expansion of Evros we are now seeking to recruit a candidate that endeavours to become an integrate with and improve our team, working in an evolving and exciting environment.
* Provide technical leadership to a client support team
* Work with technical experts and business managers to create and support optimal client solutions
* Participate in strategic planning discussions with technical, business, and client stakeholders
* Act as liaison between technical and non-technical counterparts
* Identify gaps in processes and services across production environments
* Write efficient, easy to follow user guides and documentation and maintain a clear focus on building knowledge management
* Assess infrastructure changes, raise awareness for potential impacts and play a key role in change management governance
* Provide infrastructure support in a Citrix / Virtual environment with a combination of COTS and bespoke applications
Qualifications
* Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (Windows Server 2008/2012)
* Citrix Certified Professional - Virtualization
* Citrix Certified Professional - Networking
* VMware Certified Professional
* Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
Experience
* 8 years' experience supporting a corporate Windows environment
* 3 to 5 years' experience supporting a corporate Citrix environment
* 3 to 5 years' experience supporting a corporate virtual environment
* 3 to 5 years' experience dealing with change management in a corporate environment
* 3 to 5 years' experience dealing with senior technical and management stakeholders in a corporate environment
Required Skills and Knowledge
* Excellent communicator, comfortable managing the expectations of senior technical staff as well as senior management
* Proven WinTel, Virtualisation and Citrix experience
* Good network troubleshooting ability
* Good understanding of Microsoft SQL database servers
* ITIL knowledge and experience
* Exposure to deployments from test to production environments

* Can provide technical leadership to team mates
* Demonstrates great determination in resolving complex issues and closing out projects
* Is comfortable at handling major incidents and providing leadership and input into resolution
