Business Analyst in Dublin

Our client is hiring for the position of a Business Analyst based in Dublin. The client is multi-global company with bases throughout the world. The Business analyst team will work in close proximity with the development team. A candidate placed here will have the opportunity to work within variety of exciting projects, to work in a busy environment and to develop their skillsets in an environment which is technically challenging but wholly rewarding.

Responsibilities:

* Work closely with development team to ensure a solution design is ready to handover to the development team
* Support UAT within all phases of testing to ensure requirements are ready for release
* Produce detailed, high quality and clear documentation
* Work effectively with stakeholders located both locally and internationally

Requirements:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* BA qualifications ideal but not essential
* A strong and motivational leader
* Over 5 years' experience
* Capable of self-motivation
