As a Business Development Representative, you will join the International Solutions Sales Team and conduct high volume prospecting activities to qualify leads within your assigned region.
Working closely with the Inbound Marketing Team, you will develop and implement lead engagement strategies and plans that will see excellent returns and a large volume of leads generated. You will also work hand-in-hand with an assigned Solutions Sales Specialist to ensure the quality and quantity of demonstrations are generated.
Conducting needs assessment calls, you will proactively sell our client’s value proposition, qualify prospects and schedule meetings and online product demonstrations.
Additionally, you will utilise our client’s CRM system to manage and document your daily activity, record lead information and generate reports.

- Previous successful inside sales experience, preferably gained within the software industry
- A degree level qualification
Focused and results-oriented, as a Business Development Representative, you will need to be comfortable operating within a fast-paced environment and able to achieve regular and long-term goals. Excellent listening, problem solving, time management and organisational skills will also be vital, as will the ability to follow process.
