My client is a leading financial services organisation with offices based in Dublin city. They are seeking an Information Security Analyst to join our Information Security Office. The Information Security Office, reporting to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), provides non-operational security services to the European group of companies.

The Role:

• Analyse threat information from a variety of internal and external sources to provide actionable intelligence to maintain and enhance the defences that protect the GWLE group of Companies information systems and resources.
• Support other teams in the group and I.S. operations to respond to cyber incidents by providing consultancy, research and analysis.
• Assist analysts and incident response staff during response activities and cyber investigations.
• Produce and deliver findings to help prepare, conduct or support investigations.
• Develop, maintain and promote security policies, standards and awareness
• Potential requirement to provide out of hours support during incidents or via an on call rota.

Requirements:

• IT Degree or equivalent preferably in an information security related field
• Achievement of CISM (Certified Information Security Manager), CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISA (Certified Information Systems Auditor) or other industry recognised certifications is an advantage to the role; these will need to be worked towards.
• Broad experience across all elements of the technology delivery life cycle– understands and is comfortable working in and across all phases of the TDLC and SDLC.
