International Security Engineer
My client is currently seeking to hire an experienced Security Engineer to join the global IT Security Team. You will be based just North of Dublin, working in an Agile environment with some of the hottest talent in the IT Security industry.
Your primary focus will be to maintain and improve the business IT Security standards and resolve any security threats as and when needed. You will have an up to date knowledge of the current and emerging IT Security landscape, including attacks, prevention and mitigation techniques.

What you will be doing:
* Application Penetration Testing
* IT Security assessments on a number of platforms
* Scripting using Powershell, Python & BASH
* Improving the companies cloud based platforms
* Acting as a point of escalation and managing incidents as they arise
* Data Analysis
* Reviewing and introducing emerging IT network and security technologies
What you will need:
* Penetration Testing in applications
* Experience in scripting
* Knowledge and understanding of cloud based tech such as AWS, AZURE etc
* Previous experience in cyber attacks, SQL, DDOS and other potential security breaches
* Strong understanding of access control (Microsoft and .NET)
