We currently have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join the team of one Ireland’s elite software development companies. Main Responsibilities of the Project Manager:
- Responsible for project managing software development teams working on numerous projects in parallel.
- Monitoring, updating and communicating project timelines and milestones, obtaining senior management feedback and understanding/pre-empting potential speed bumps.
- Communicating project progress to customers and providing a high-level of customer care.
- Managing commercial administration, milestone payments and responding to queries.
- Defining and managing regular reporting processes that clearly document relevant team and project KPIs.
- Employing and managing different project lifecycle methodologies.
- Evaluating, introducing and advocating improved systems to manage the project teams.
- Identifying project variances and any requisite change control.
- Identification of recruitment requirements and managing the on-boarding of new people.
- Working with all stakeholders to keep the full team schedule up to date, this involves advising on scheduling gaps, prioritising project resources, understanding team member skills, working with client expectations and allocating projects accordingly.

- Experience of managing software development projects.

- Flexibility to handle multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Undergraduate Degree with good Technical Experience.
- Minimum 5 years IT experience (3+ years of software development experience).
- PMI/Prince2 or equivalent certification.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic.
- .NET development exposure or previous experience.
- SSRS and Jira experience.
