My Client is currently seeking an IT Support Engineer for their offices in Louth. This role offers an excellent career progression path for the successful candidate.

This role involves:

* Responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner
* Providing remote support for customers
* Documenting all queries as required

Requirements:

* Previous experience in a Customer Support role.
* Experience with Microsoft Office suite, e.g. Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint
* Knowledge of IT Networks.
* Any experience with SQL is advantageous.
* You must have some form of accounts experience to apply for this role, for example Leaving Cert Accounting, Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable etc.
