Business Analyst - Daily Rate Contract - Managed Services Organization

Description

Business Analyst required for an excellent contracting role with a Managed Services organisation in Dublin.

Desired Skills / Experience

* 5+ years Business Analyst experience
* Qualification in Computer Science / Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification with the corresponding professional experience.
* Requirements gathering experience (Functional and Non-Functional)
* Proven experience working on specific solution design
* Process Mapping / Resource Planning
* Drive to lead process and system improvement initiatives facilitating business and system change
* Good working knowledge of the Microsoft business systems stack, specifically Dynamics CRM, Dynamics ERP and SharePoint.
* Delivery of workshops / presentations / stakeholder management
* Strong negotiation, presentation and communication skills, particularly with senior executives
