Systems Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

* Responds to customer inquiries concerning system software and applications
* Provide immediate customer assistance for emergency and urgent fixes
* Document and log all relevant information in details in incident management tool
* Escalate to Senior Systems Administrator any customer issues unresolved, with concise description, actions
* Follow customer issues through to completion to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction have been achieved
* Assist in creating technical documents, and training material
* Performs weekly/monthly system health checks.
* Involvement in I.T. Projects and contributes to software and process improvement
* Manage processes for enhanced sustainability
* Imaging and migration of user systems
* Gauge the impact to production system when implementing a major, minor or configuration change

Experience, Education and Skills:

* VMware.
* Windows Technologies: Exchange, SQL, SharePoint, Active Directory
* Cloud Technologies including but not limited to Microsoft Azure & Amazon AWS
* Working with vendor support to provide solution to end user
* Experience with Security Products
* Back up and recovery experience required
* Willingness to travel

Work Environment/Physical Demands:

* Willingness to travel is required.
* Flexibility in working hours to support business needs.
