Systems Analyst with Java exp (Financial Software House) – Contract, South Dublin

Systems Analyst with Java exp Role and Responsibilities:

·         Vantage Resources are currently seeking an experienced Systems Analyst with Java experience for a Contract role based in South Dublin for one of our clients based in the Payments industry.

·         Provide detailed technical analysis of product or application hardware and software to ensure that business and functional requirements can be met.

·         Provide subject matter expertise for projects.

·         Perform analysis of system requirements, elaborate into user stories and acceptance criteria in an SAFe/Agile methodology format

·          Facilitate JAD sessions and lead review sessions of technical requirements/stories.

What you need:

• 3 plus years’ experience as a Systems Analyst

·         Strong technical knowledge of Java

·         Prior experience with Java and Java Messaging Services (JMS)

·         Experience with REST based web services; JSON, XML

·         High-energy, detail-oriented and proactive with the ability to function under pressure in a collaborative (Agile) environment

What’s on offer:
