Organisational Change Manager required by realTime recruitment to work on a Transformation project with a Major Company in the Financial sector.
You will concentrate on the people side of change – including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures. The focus will be to help the lines of business to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans.

The Change Management Specialist will support project teams in integrating change management activities into their project plans.

This organisation is a market leader in its field in the Financial sector and has already started a major transformation programme which will have a massive impact across its various business units.

What do I need to get this job?
• 3-5 years Organisational Change Management experience
• Clear experience on the soft skills side - anticipating reactions to change and being prepared to react accordingly
• Hands on People Management with experience managing sensitive matters
• Be familiar with Project Management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
• Experience in the Financial sector
• Strong Stakeholder Management - all levels
• Experience with various Vendors



Key tasks for the Change Manager:

Apply a structured change management approach for the people side of change

Develop a change management strategy based on an understanding of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.

Identify potential points of resistance, and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.

Evaluate the readiness for change and present the evaluation in a logical and easy-to-understand manner.

Help the lines of business to develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including communications, coaching, education/ training and resistance management plans.

Support the execution of plans by employee-facing managers and business leaders.

Identify resistance and performance gaps, and work to develop and implement corrective actions.

Work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan.
