The Role:
My Client has a requirement for an experienced Service Desk Supervisor that will be based in Dublin City Centre.
This is an opportunity to join a multi-faceted team of IT Architects and Engineers providing leading edge technologies to a broad range of enterprise clients in both the public and private sector. Primary Duties:
• Manage the Calls queue and call on extra resource if required.
• Monitor all open calls – make sure all calls are closed within terms of SLA.
• Ensure that staff get the support that they require in terms of assistance and escalation.
• Make sure lunches are scheduled to maintain consistent cover.
• Staff should only make themselves Unavailable after agreeing this with the Helpdesk Supervisor.
• Monitor the handling of any high priority calls.
• Be point of escalation within the helpdesk
• Manage schedule to ensure that there is adequate support cover.
• Produce reports pertaining to analysis of support tickets.
• Monitor recording of time for the team on the helpdesk in the time recording system.
• Provide staff performance evaluation
