IT Jobs- Our client a leading Insurance provider globally have a job opportunity for an Application Support/Tester to join their very talented IT team in Navan Co. Meath. This role is perfect for an individual who enjoys troubleshooting and who has an analytical approach with testing experience. Responsibilities:

Provide technical support of the unit-linked policy administration system (Eclipse):

• Analysing problems, including root cause analysis
• Communication with other system support teams
• Manage the handoff of production support issues to third parties
• Developing data fixes using sql scripts
• Implementing scripts and code/data fixes
• System, Functional and Integration Testing to ensure solutions are fit for purpose and production
• Regression testing

Experience:

• Production Support/Development experience or similar
• In depth knowledge with SQL server, experience writing SQL scripts
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Customer service and relationship management skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal is a necessity
