IT Jobs- Our Client a global leader in the Energy sector have an excellent job opportunity for a .Net Software Developer or Application Support Developer to join their growing team in South Dublin. It is a great opportunity for an intermediate level developer who is looking to further develop their career within a growing and very design focused industry.

Adhering to company QA processes the employee will work in a medium size Application Support & Development/Implementation Teams taking direction from team leads and senior developers to help maintain and expand their products and supporting implementations Reporting, Dataloads and Interfaces.

Responsibilities:

• Working as part of the Application Support Team to help maintain and expand the product
• Working with Development/Implementation Team on activities to support implementation and Reporting, Dataloads, Interfaces
• Developing using VB.Net, ASP.Net and ASP
• Working with SQL Server
• Working with Report Designers such as SSRS.
• Opportunities for career development within the Team.

Experience:

• Relevant Third Level Degree
• Strong knowledge of VB.Net or C# mandatory 2 years minimum
• Working knowledge of SQL
• Strong organisational skills
• Excellent motivation skills
• Ability to prioritize and execute tasks
• Good client facing & customer service skills/experience
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Capable of clearly communicating and presenting technical concepts and issues to non-technical people
