As a Technical Support Engineer, you will be tasked with providing a front line support service as part of our client’s Global Support Team.

The team provides 24x7 ‘follow the sun’ technical support services and you will be responsible for enabling level 1 support teams to resolve customer issues and problems.

Primarily working with our client’s VoIP software application platform, you will work in collaboration with other teams based in Technical Assistance Centres in Australia and North America to reach successful resolutions.

You will respond to queries in a timely fashion, provide guidance to customers and go above and beyond to ensure successful resolutions are reached and customers are kept updated.

Interested? To be considered, you will need:

- Linux administration experience
- Previous experience in a similar support role

Responsible and resolution oriented, as a Technical Support Engineer, you must be highly customer focused with strong independent working abilities and the ability to pick up new skills quickly. The willingness to grow your knowledge is also key, as is an adaptable and flexible nature.

Some SIP/VoIP experience would be beneficial to your application.
