EMEA Inside Sales Director
Our US-based client is driving growth through their Dublin-based Inside Sales team and is looking for an Inside Sales Director to drive this growth further. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate. Our client’s annual revenue runs to 9 figures and, unusually for an American company, 60% of this is non-US revenue. Much of their revenue comes from repeat sales.
This role will report to the SVP of Sales in the US and be part of the company’s top management team. It has a generous base salary and bonus structure including stock options.
The successful candidate:
• Must be living in the European Union and be able to freely travel within it
• Be now running a small team of Inside Sales members
• Be capable of running a team of 20-30 Inside Sales members with 12 months and continue to grow this team
• Be capable of hiring, training and mentoring colleagues
• Be able to carry the team’s quota
• Be sales data metrics/KPIs driven
• Be fully conversant with Sales 2.0
• Have a successful track record of enterprise software selling by phone, web, email, etc.
• Be fully conversant with SaaS-based CRM packages
• Be driven to succeed
• English is essential and having another major European language is a significant advantage
