Senior UX Designer
realTime Recruitment is looking for a Senior UX Designer for a 6-month contract in Dublin City Centre.
What will you be doing in this UX Designer Contract?
• You will be working closely with the Product Owner as part of an agile development team.
• You will define the flow of screens associated with a feature and the controls displayed on those screens.
• You will be given the space to lead and aid with research to understand the business goals, the product and its vision, the end users, and the technology space.
• You will also be part of a wider team of Interactions Designers and UI Developers who share responsibility for maintaining a consistent user experience across our emerging suite of cutting edge applications.
• Help in creating the user stories and defining the design to be developed.
• Work with UI Developers to rapidly develop iterative mock-ups and prototypes of designs.
• Generate user interaction models, wireframes and screen flows.
• Conduct user research to assess the usability and user experience of mock-ups, prototypes and existing interfaces; and iterate designs based on user feedback..
What do you need to be successful in this UX Designer Contract?
• Experience in product development teams working on user interface
• Experience working with user-centered design.
• An understanding of the need to solve both business and user problems.
• Knowledge of Mobile and Desktop Web Usability best practices.
• Experience with design tools, including Photoshop.
• Highly proficient in working in an Agile Environment
