Our client, a PLC based in Dublin 15 are seeking a Project Administrator to provide the administrative support required with the implementation and roll out of a new software system to be used across all departments and all branches within the company. 

This is a contract role and will suit only those senior administrators who have provided extensive project management support in the past. 

You will manage the day to day processes including the project plan, updates, reporting, monitoring progress, processing issues risks and changes. Reporting into the Project Manager, you will at all times be aware of the schedule, where the project is in relation to the schedule and where any pitfalls and issues may arise. 

You will prepare reports for the Steering Group and the Project Manager You will also maintain the change control process and all related documentation. You will monitor project critical success measures and performance indicators and will update the schedule accordingly. 

Upon roll out you will also coordinate and lead the schedule for training sessions across all branches in Ireland. 

There is a fast paced, busy schedule in place at the moment for this project and so you will need to be able to juggle priorities, move on your feet, make quick decisions and communicate at all levels across the business. 

This is an excellent opportunity to gain additional project management and support experience. Ideally you will be available for an immediate start.
