Spector are a growing IT company looking for a improvement minded ServiceDesk Engineer to join the ServiceDesk team.   • Work as part of the ServiceDesk team on ITIL based desk
  •  Field work, site visits & installations.
  •  PC build, design & rollout.
  •  Upkeep and maintenance of client specific documentation.
  •  Identify and recommend improvements and solutions.

The Person

  • Improvement minded
  • Works well in a team. 
  • Passion for technology
  • Ability to communicate well with clients. 

Education and qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years working in a similar role
  • 3rd Level Diploma/Degree would be beneficial.
  • Proven track record of learning with industry led certifications. E.g. MCSA. CCNA
  • Full driving license with own transport.

Salary: €25k-€32k depending on experience, qualifications mix.
