What do I need to get this job?
• Experience working in the implementation of IT solutions and in particular functional/configuration roles
• Strong technical capability
• Excellent facilitation, communication, presentation and problem-solving skills.
• Background of functional consultancy experience with a major ERP solution in the HRIS area
• Building relationships with all levels of our client’s business and technology teams – including up to ’C’ level interaction
• A third level qualification with strong academic background, preferably related to Information Systems
• Ability to travel around Ireland and the UK depending on client/project location

Desired
• Experience/certification in CoreHR product suite
• Knowledge of Oracle
• Prior Implementation Consultant experience
• Experience in HRIS systems

What will I be doing as an Implementation Engineer in this Company?
• Take on implementation responsibilities on client projects for some or all of the following aspects on a CoreHR implementation project:
• Involved in the full life cycle of our client projects – supporting the initial pre-sales activities, implementation and go-live/support services involved in the life of the engagement

• Identifying and managing business requirements
• Functional design
• Prototyping and configuring CoreHR products,
• Process design
• Testing
• Training
