Our client is a multi-national software company developing traffic management software and systems. They have a requirement for a Applications Support Specialist to join their team.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Science or Information Technology.
- Proficient in written & spoken English
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Commercial experience with J2EE application support and Problem Solving Skills
- Oracle 9i, 10g and 11g Enterprise Edition
- SQL, preferably Oracle PL/SQL
- Knowledge of database design fundamentals and the use of data modelling tools
- OS - UNIX, Linux and Windows Server
- UNIX/Linux shell scripting, SAMBA and Windows batch files, MSI installers, Windows Registry
