.Net Team Lead – Great Opportunity

Our client is a booming SAAS company using GPS technology and offering exciting products to businesses. Their solutions enable businesses to meet the challenges associated with improving the productivity of their mobile workforces. You will be working on enterprise level systems creating innovative and high performance solutions. As the .Net Team Lead you will work with the team on designing and developing market-leading products following agile/scrum methodology.
Responsibilities:
• Distributing all development and enhancements tasks within the team, ensuring that they are assigned in line with skills and experience of the team members.
• Guiding, advising and supporting the team and leveraging technical skills to drive technical solutions.
• Define and improve software development processes and procedures within the area ensuring that standards and practices are being followed and improved over time
• Ensure reliable software is delivered through continuous integration and automated testing
• Responsible for code reviews and ensuring coding standards are followed
• Responsible for preparing technical specs for the complex requirements
Qualifications:
• 7+ years of professional experience in software design & development of distributed systems with demonstrated experience with .NET Framework (3.5, 4.0 and 4.5).
• 2+ Years’ experience in leading a development team ( 3+ developers)
• Professional experience with an Agile development methodology and manging Scrum
• GUI design and responsive layouts (AngularJS, JavaScript, JQuery, HTML, CSS)
• Experience of ASP.NET MVC and C#
• Experience with common patterns in distributed systems (e.g. REST, SOA, SaaS, web applications)
• Experience with .Net web-service frameworks (Web API, WCF etc.)
• Experience of Microsoft Visual Studio 2012 or 2013
• Experience of Unit Testing and Mocking tools, preferably Test Driven Development.
