Strategy Management Consultant - Senior Consultant/Manager level. Permanent Dublin.
My client a boutique management consultancy that is ready to cause waves in the UK and Irish markets is in urgent need of a talented and experienced Senior Consultant/Manager level consultant to join them on a permanent basis. This is due to exponential growth in their business.
My client is looking for you to join their Strategy practice, you will be joining a team of highly talented broad-based Strategy consultants with deep specialties. Due to the nature of the work and level of client engagements my client is looking for a Senior Consultant up to Manager level to come on board.
You will be expected to define a delivery methodology and framework for the future business line, you will also work with key Senior team members to package service offerings into a professional services approach. You will build and lead a professional services team to delivery successful projects, this will also include the ability to Build, maintain, and utilise networks of client relationships, manage resource requirements, project workflow and budgets. In a Senior Consultant/Manager capacity you will win sales to build the service line and overall profitability of the business. You will be required to conduct extensive and insightful analysis to support the business case for potential strategies. This will include Developing evidence based strategies that support the client's needs; Liaising and working closely with clients to maintain and foster strong relationship. You will also work closely with other internal teams to deliver a complete client offering
Successful candidates will have 5-10 years of commercial experience working in a Strategy Management Consultant role, with demonstrable experience of setup, improvement and on-going delivery of service models within Big 4 or large Multinational firm. Candidates will be able to develop a business vision and leading complex projects while functioning at the highest levels of client organisations. You will have a strong technical understanding with demonstrable ability to translate topics and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats to various audiences.
It will be expected that you are a proven senior level relationship builder. This will include excellent client engagement skills and comfortable in engaging with and building relationships with all levels of our client's business and technology My client is looking to be able to hand over significant projects whereby you are able to own the client relationship and come up with innovative and forward thinking strategies to help their clients with their business problems. Whether that be growth, cost, marketing, sales innovation or BAU.
