Our client a leading global professional services company is looking to hire a Solutions Architect to join their team in their Dublin office.
This is a key position within the company's Global Trade team.
As a Solutions Architect the main focus of your role will be on data analytics and solutions for international trade.
Using analytics and technology you will assist many clients in improving their global trade compliance and simultaneously reduce costs.
Other key responsibilities:
- Business development: Work with the Managed Services Leader and engagement teams to drive Managed Services sales
- Structuring: Develop deep knowledge in all types of Managed Services deal structures
- Pricing: Develop Managed Services pricing methodology and support engagement teams on deal pricing structure
- Pre-sales solutioning support: Collaborate with client engagement teams in developing proposals and solutions for client opportunities
- Solution campaigns: Work with the company's Marketing team to develop campaigns for key strategic Managed Services solutions/offerings
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree (Degree emphasis in Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business preferred)
- At least 3 years' experience in providing blended advisory services
- 3-5 years increasing experience in 24x7 SOC manufacturer
- Experience configuring and implementing security solutions (firewalls, IDS)
- Knowledge of TCP/IP protocols and analysis
- Excellent customer interface skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills and ability to explain complex procedures
- Knowledge of common internet protocols and applications
- Programming/ shell scripting experience highly desirable (Perl, Java, shell scripts, etc.)
- Extensive trouble shooting skills involved in Appliance Installation, Deployment and usage
- Strong collaborator, solutions oriented and team focused
