Java Developer - Excellent contracting role

Java Developer / Senior Java Developer required for an excellent contracting role with a leading financial services organisation in central Dublin. This is a fantastic project in a highly dynamic team who are building a flagship product used to manage €billions!

My client are a global financial powerhourse with a firm presence in Dublin, their team consists of industry recognised developers and an award winning management team. It's a professional outfit who are seeking a small number of Senior Java Developers to join and help build only the highest quality application.
It's a genuinely excellent opportunity - you won't find many like this in Dublin right now!

On Offer is an initial 6 month contract (extensions expected)
Daily Rate: Very competitive

Desired Skills / Experience

* 7+ years Java development expereince
* Strong understanding of OO concepts, design, architecture
* Proven experience devilering large scale applications
* A good understanding of micros-services architecture is desired
* Solid experience around the Spring framework, ideally with newer modules such as Spring Boot.
* Experience working on the front end with tech such as Angularjs / Reactjs etc. An understanding of Angular2 / TypeScript is a bonus
* Strong exposure across REST / SOAP
* Exposure across multiple databases - Oracle, Mongo etc.
* Exposure to Big Data / real time systems would be nice but not essential (future features)
