Java Developer
Position:
Computing Ltd, a leading software development company based in Dublin and established 28 years ago, is growing and looking for an experienced Java Developer to join its team of professionals.
The Role:
Design and develop new business systems using the languages and tools listed below.
Review and enhance existing systems.
Present ideas for system improvements with costs and benefits
Work closely with Analysts, Designers, QA and other Developers
Produce detailed specifications
Undertake best practices including test-based development and adhere to our ISO 9001:2015 quality standards

The successful candidate will have:
• Minimum of 2 years' good commercial experience in Java, Spring, J2EE and JDBC
• Web Development Skills and responsive design in particular Angular.
• Experience of Jira, Git and other tools
• Strong commitment to excellence and attention to detail
• Drive and enthusiasm
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
• Relevant third-level qualification
