Short term contract opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer in the West of Ireland

The range of duties of the personnel may include (but may not be confined to);

* Build and roll-out of PCs and laptops
* Technical Support
* Desktop support
* Customer Service and service desk operation
* Shift cover (between hours of 8:00 and 18:00)
* Inventory Management
* Organisation of ICT areas (store rooms, data suites etc.)
* Desktop software patching


* Excellent knowledge of Active Directory operation
* Experience of IT Service desk operation
* Experience of Remote desktop services
* Excellent communication skills
* Excellent customer focused skills
