My Client, a leading global financial services provider is seeking an Avaya/Cisco Consultant within voice operations for an initial contract role in Dublin.

This role is a customer facing role working in a multi-channel contact centre environment. Supporting Client Call Centres in Ireland, UK and Lux with the Hub based in Chicago.

Desired Requirements:

• 8 years of direct engineering and design experience in TDM/IP Telephony working in a  global enterprise network
• Excellent communication and client interaction skills
• Excellent technical knowledge on Avaya
• Technical knowledge on Cisco IP Telephony + Verint v.11
