My client have an extremely solid infrastructure which allows them licence to work extensively on new projects and implement a wide range of new technologies that just wouldn't be possible in a less reliable environment.

You'll be working extensively on their Microsoft based infrastructure, but the predominant focus of your role will be around Azure. You'll need to have worked extensively in production with the Azure platform and be confident to lead projects which will focus almost exclusively on that area.

You'll need to be confident working with third party vendors and driving the progression of the company. Also providing your own input to conversations with the Head of IT on how best to move the business forward.

Desired Skills/Experience:

* 5+ years experience in a systems administration role.
* Extensive experience of Microsoft Azure design/administration.
* Strong windows server and hyper-v experience.
* Strong powershell scripting experience would be desirable.
* Cisco Networking + LAN/WAN communication experience.
* Storage experience (SAN/NAS/iSCSI).
* Working knowledge of Linux/VMware would be desirable.
