Java Developer / Senior Java Developer / Senior Java Developer Contractor

My Dublin based client are a global financial services organisation who have a requirement for a Senior Java Developer to join their team for an excellent contracting role.
It's a great time to be joining the company as along with smaller R&D projects they will be building a completely new application from scratch. This project is still in the early design phases and is expected to be a very large piece of work.
The role will suit a developer with proven experince building enterprise scale applications from scratch who understands the nuts and bolts of large scale JVM applications.

Desired Skills / Experiene

* 6+ years Java development experience
* Strong understanding of OO design and best practices
* Ideally experience with micro-services
* 4+ years experience developing across the Spring framework
* Exposure to modern JavaScript frameworks desired, they are using Angular2
* Exposure to modern build and devops tools would be nice
* They will be adding big data & real-time features in the future - exposure to Spark / Hadoop would be nice but not essential
