Network Engineer - Dublin

Job Role

An exciting role for a Senior Network Engineer has opened up in my Dublin based clients IT team. You will bring a level of expertise in network design, maintenance and 24 X 7 operational support. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to work in a fast paced environment encompassing problem solving and decision making.

Main Tasks:

· Can design, maintain and deploy mixed vendor networks.
· Work closely and collaborate with all IT departments.
· Working in a 24/7 on call rotation.
· Senior point of contact for all escalations.
· Providing technical knowledge in all aspects associated with network infrastructure.

Key Skills you will require:
· CCIE qualification preferable.
· Knowledge of linux/unix systems administration.
· Previous experience with solarwinds and financial networks.
· Experience working with Cisco WAN, LAN, Firewalls.
· Strong knowledge of Level 2/3 networks.
