You'll work as part of a close knit and talented support team who help to drive each other forward and improve day by day. You'll take responsibility for issues and look to solve any escalation. You'll be troubleshooting complex issues and providing rapid responses adhering to the SLA and supporting any customer issues both via email and on the phone.
An excellent customer focused attitude is required on top of any technical skills. To fit in well on this team you'll need a healthy dose on enthusiasm coupled with strong technical experience and an eagerness to learn and improve everyday!
Desired Skills/Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science or other relevant discipline.
* 3-5 years software/application support experience.
* Experience supporting both windows and Linux systems.
* Knowledge of VMware would be a bonus.
* Strong SQL experience is a must.
* Powershell scripting experience is ideal.
* Some networking experience or CCNA cert is useful.
* Excellent troubleshooting skills.
* Excellent communication both written and verbal.
