Project Manager Implementation Projects
Project Manager to drive software implementation projects of a business critical ERP Financials / Accounting solution where the complexity comes from managing numerous projects simultaneously.
This opportunity is with a highly respected international software company that has a flexible culture and a product with a very strong reputation. You will be project managing the implementation of a hosted ERP product to customers across Ireland with a focused around Dublin.
Busy environment with multiple projects running concurrently which adds some complexity to the role which requires the ability to juggle priorities and keep multiple balls in the air.
Role / opportunity:
• Project managing multiple software implementation projects at once
• Engaging with external customers to manage expectations and plan projects efficiently
• Resource management of the implementation teams of technical consultants and business consultants
• Overseeing all project phases; project planning, requirement gathering, implementation, training and hand-over to BAU support
• Managing project budgets and ensuring clients are invoiced and billed properly
• Stake holder management and communication is a core focus for this role
• Ensuring all project documentation and reporting is maintained
• The clients are centered around Dublin but there will be some travel within Ireland
Skills / experience:
• Proven background project managing software implementation projects
• Ability to multi task and managing multiple projects concurrently
• Strong discipline around documentation, planning and organisation will make a big difference in this role
• A professional Project Management qualification would be of interest
