TEST & SUPPORT ANALYST

Key Responsibility:

• Build detailed knowledge of company's software systems & processes 
• Manage & maintain master data system 
• Develop test scripts for functional changes to systems
• Execute test scripts
• Record test results
• Work with development team to ensure the system is being used to best effect
• Analyse, prioritise & resolve incoming support requests
• Identify opportunities to improve system efficiency globallly
• Build knowledge of reporting capabilities of software
• Point of contact for report configuration
• Ensure reporting requirements of business are met

Requirements

• 3rd Level qualification in computing related discipline
• 3-5 years experience in similar role
• Strong analytical skills
• Passionate about providing solutions to complex problems
• Excellent attention to detail in high pressure environment 
• Very strong communication skills
• Experience working in agile environment beneficial
