Senior Java Developer

A fantastic contracting opportunity has arisen with a global financial company in the heart of Dublin.

The company have a reputation for hiring top talent and this opportunity gives you the chance to work alongside some industry recognised developers & architects on large scale, greenfield projects in an R&D environment.

Their projects are absolutely cutting edge and will have a great impact on their day to day operations. These applications are being developed by a medium sized team in Dublin who are making use of some of the latest technologies in the Java world.

We are seeking developers with a combination on of the following:

- 5+ years Java development experience

- Strong experience across the Spring framework

- Experience with Micro-Service architecture desired

- Exposure to devops would be nice (Docker etc)

- Exposure to Hadoop / Spark is a bonus but not essentual

- Understanding of Oracle database is a plus but not essentual

- Experience with Angularjs / Angular2 / React etc.

- Web Services, Hibernate, NoSQL, AWS are all used in their stack

- Experience building large systems end to end while developing across the full stack would help
