Our Client is an industry expert in the implementation of ERP solutions and application development. They offer end-to-end ERP system solutions including their own integrated range of Apps. They are headquarted on the south side of Dublin and have offices in the UK and mainland Europe.

 

The new Business Sales Consultant will be a self-motivated, innovative, entrepreneurial hunter, who will work with a large and growing portfolio of prospects to define go to market strategies, execute new sales opportunities and win business.

Required skills:   

  • Experience in a technology services or solutions company 

  • Demonstrate proven success metrics selling ERP/Business Software Solutions into the SME market  

  • Detail and methodical oriented style of team work. 

  • Experience negotiating pricing and terms per company policy and procedure. 

  • Working knowledge of WMS/ CRM/ Portals /Production /Systems Integration  

  • Passion for technology and innovation  

     

    Roles and Responsibilities:   

  • Create new sales opportunities, leveraging our marketing channels and client events  

  • Be proficient in demonstrating Business Software/ERP solutions to prospects  

  • Maximize all opportunities in the process of closing a sale   

  • Consult, advise and work closely with the Group Marketing Manager on lead generation for your sales area 

  • Ensure smooth sales handover to Project Managers & Consultants based on the company AQM system (Quality System)  

  • Maintain and measure records of all sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, closed sales, and follow-up activities. 

  • Be proficient in monthly sales reporting to management team  

  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

    Desired Skills:  

  • 5 - 8 years of experience in Senior Enterprise Solution Selling 

  • 3 - 5 years of experience as a junior sales hunter 

  • Motivation, drive and a desire to achieve financial success 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 

  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets 

  • Flexible and adaptable
