Our client, a leading developer of accounting and business management software, is looking for an IT Field Service Engineer to join their growing team.

As an IT Field Service Engineer, you’ll be responsible for providing a high level of support to customers throughout Leinster and Northern Ireland.

In this diverse role, you’ll install, configure and support a variety of products at customer sites, including Windows Server, desktop operating systems and networking, anti-spam and security technologies.

You will communicate with customers in a professional, courteous manner and ensure that any issues are fully resolved.

As part of your role, you will be required to occasionally visit our client’s head office in Dundalk.

To be considered, you must have:

- At least three years’ IT installation and configuration experience
- A diploma or degree (or equivalent) in computer science, IT or a software related discipline

Analytical and pragmatic, as an IT Field Service Engineer, you must have a strong customer focus, excellent organisational skills and the ability to work on your own initiative.
