Support Analyst (SQL Scripting / T-SQL) - Dublin - €64k
A world leading technology company, who are based in South Dublin are looking to recruit a Support Analyst. The ideal candidate should possess SQL Statements skills as well as relevant troubleshooting experience.
Role Involves
* Provide advanced technical support to developers, testers, PMs and end users for complex products.
* Operate technical support and consulting to other support and systems analysts by solving highly complex support problems.
* Administration and technical support on Windows Server 2008/2012 clustered/Application/Website/SQL Server backend environments.
* Delivering high priority technical support on products such as, codeflow, symbols, APIscan and connect.
* Proactive EMEA team member providing 3rd level technical support to company developers.
Experience Required
* At least 3-5years experience in L2/L3 Application Support
* Experience working in a ticketing support environment.
* Qualified at degree level.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible and motivated.
* Strong SQL Statements, with the ability to write SQL statements, Networks (TCP/IP).
* Proficient with troubleshooting.
* Excellent customer service skills, as well as customer awareness.
