My client one of the fastest-growing hotel groups in Europe, with over 36 property locations in the UK, Ireland and Europe. Due to expansion, they currently have an opening for an Infrastructure Manager
They are seeking a flexible, well organised individual, that possess excellent communication skills, can work on your own initiative as well as motivating others, have a genuine desire to work in the hospitality industry.
A key part in this role would be the ability to identifying workflow bottlenecks and recommending IT solutions to drive efficiency

Infrastructure Manager Key responsibilities:
• Managing and maintaining internal infrastructure across all our properties
• Liaise with service providers and ensure they are meeting SLA's
• Develop, execute and oversee procedures, policies
• Conduct research and recommend changes in services, products, protocols and standards to support development efforts and infrastructure procurement
• Design and execute strategic plans to assure infrastructure capacity attains current and future need
• Manage end to end incident resolution for IT Incidents which cover multiple vendors

Ideal Candidate will have:
• In-depth knowledge of Windows servers, Active directory
• Networking
• Vmware / Hyper-V
• SCCM
• Office365
• A problem solver who takes responsibility and is able to effectively deal with difficult situations
• Antivirus and other security systems
• Documentation including creating, updating and implementing procedures and policies
• DR planning and implementation
• Interpersonal Skills and exceptional communication skills
• Willing to travel
