Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a Dublin based Contract.

Enterprise People are currently seeking a Helpdesk Analyst for a 3 Month Contract based in Dublin City Centre. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Helpdesk Analyst will join the IT Services team who are responsible for IT Support for a large local user base.

The Helpdesk Analyst will:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Respond to inquiries concerning system software and application issues
  • Follow issues through to completion to ensure resolution
  • Provide technical expertise on all Windows systems
  • Provide a mix of software and hardware support
  • Support local and remote users

 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

  • An IT Qualification
  • Good Technical Support experience experience in a Windows environment
  • Good MS Applications Support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
