HRIS Analyst 

Our Client are a Global Organisation within the consumer services sector. having implemented WorkDay throughout the Organisation, they are currently looking for a HRIS Analyst to join the functional HRIS team.

Purpose of role:           

Responsible for carrying out all aspects of the design, development, implementation, of People Systems functional applications, including Security, based on global, regional, and business needs        
Reports to:  People Systems Manager/Project Manager
 
Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, configure and maintain People Systems functional application solution based on identified business and functional requirements.
  • Liaise closely with Business Users to design appropriate solutions
  • Lead, participate in or  coordinate the implementation of  P&C/People Systems functional  applications including configuration  and testing
  • Analyse current practices and map business processes
  • Review, update and author P&C/People Systems functional application policies and procedures.  For example, policies related to software security
  • Issue analysis and solution design when issues arise with existing processes/configuration
  • Facilitating solution design workshops
  • Maintain an informed position on all  service delivery activity and related  issues affecting the overall delivery,  effectiveness or quality of programs  within a component of a People  Systems functional area
  • Carry out system testing, provide user support and training
  • Attending steering (as needed) and  team meetings
  • Carry out system testing, provide user support and training
  • Where required create a security model based on functional responsibilities and configure P&C system to enforce the security access to data
  • Identify complete system audit checks
  • Maintain all necessary system documentation
  • Update training materials to reflect any systems changes implemented
  • Adhere to required change control governance

Essential knowledge, skills and experience:

  • 3+ years HR project implementation experience
  • ICT or HR back ground preferable
  • Excellent E-Business external design and test plan writing skills
  • Ability to lead projects and work streams and carry out development work
  • Excellent technical and trouble shooting skills
  • Good working knowledge of MS Word, Excel , Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills - diplomatic, discreet, trustworthy and have the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with all levels both within the organisation and in the external environment.
  • Have a good understanding of the  business and P&C processes

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills, ability to multi-task, plan and prioritise work schedule for self and team and work within agreed timescales.

Proven ability in developing effective working relationships across all levels of the organisation.
