Our client is an international financial services company with growing operations in Dublin. They have an excellent IT Job opportunity for a Senior Technical Business Analyst with a strong reporting background.
The ideal candidate will be a Technical Business Analyst with experience in financial services/Insurance.
Key Responsibilities
• Translate Business requirements into a data model
• Develop ETL’s and reporting cubes
• Develop data validation and quality control methods with key application providers
• Develop scripts to automate data production and reporting
• Deliver custom reports to senior management
• Develop a strategic BI solution to support the needs of the business
Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL server
• Strong experience in SSRS and ideally experience with SSIS/SSAS
• Recent experience working on business intelligence development projects
• 2+ years’ experience working in an analytics role
• Experience with Microsoft BI tools including Power Pivot, Power BI, Power Query, and Power View
• Strong experience with Excel
• Experience within the Insurance sector and understanding of industry terminology
