This role will report to the Head of IT Infrastructure and will involve the management of the 1st line Helpdesk Team. You will be responsible for ensuring resource allocation, KPI's and ticket responses. You will also act as the 2nd level for any technical escalations on the team as well as coordinating any issues which require 3rd level escalation.
You will need excellent levels or organisation and communication and ideally will have spent time in your career leading a Helpdesk team. You will be required to communicate regularly with senior management and be able to show a high degree of flexibility within the role.
* 5 years experience in Helpdesk ideally with some time spent as a Team Lead.
* Experience supporting windows 2008/2012 servers.
* Experience supporting Active Directory across multiple sites.
* Backup administration experience.
* Experience with windows 7/8 Desktop support.
* Anti-Virus administration and IT Asset management administration.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Applicants must have a driving licence and access to their own transport.
