Our client are a leading insurance company based in Dublin. They have an immediate requirement for a contract Java developer for a 9 month Java contract job available immediately.

They are ideally looking for a hands on Java Programmer with 7+ years of experience on projects including Multi-tier enterprise grade applications, Building of Web Services on Mulesoft SOA platform or equivalent, Building of Web Services on Java / Spring Technologies, Strong Experience on build tools like Maven and ANT, Experience on Continuous Integration tools like Team city or Bamboo or equivalent

You will lead on the development in the design of Service Orientated Architecture capability, while working on a cross functional project team implement complex business solutions.

Knowledge / Experience

• Java, Oracle SOA/OSB or equivalent
• Tomcat / Weblogic Application Servers
• Spring framework
• SOAP and Restful Web Services
• Unix or Linux Shell Scripts
• Any database with JDBC
• XML Technologies like XSD, XPATH and XSL
• Testing frameworks like from Spring
