Lead Engineer (C++)

We are recruiting a rapid growth pre-IPO Tech Company who are looking for a Lead C++ Software Engineer to join their Dublin based Engineering Team. As Lead C++ Software Engineer you will be part of a dynamic team working together to drive innovation and improvement of the client products.

What you’ll get to do:

- Plan and execute customer requests through leadership of an efficient reaction team.
- Ensuring the delivery of a great product that delivers business value.
- Developing of the client’s desktop software.
- Implement effective and efficient solutions to support growth and large usage scale.
- Write clear, concise and well-tested code.

What you’ll need:

- Team lead experience.
- 6+ years’ working with C++.
- Expertise in Win32 and Win64 APIs.
- An appreciation for elegant code.
- Great diagnostic and analytical skills.
- University Degree in computer science or a related field.
