Pre-Sales Consultant
The client is an award winning organisation involved in the design and implementation of ERP systems to clients in Ireland, The UK and Mainland Europe. They are headquarted in Dublin and have offices in each of their geographical markets. They have experienced rapid and sustained growth over the past two years and now require the services of a professional Pre-Sales Consultant.
The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic, confident, professional who is driven to succeed. Joining the existing Pre-Sales team you will not only have excellent ERP Systems knowledge but have strong general IT skills and great commercial awareness.
Working with the sales team through the new business sales cycle you will be able to use your excellent communication and IT skills to understand the clients current business systems, understand their need for change, develop and shape the proposed solution and be able to demonstrate this back to the client.
Having a passion for innovation and being an adopter of the latest technology you will keep the sales team abreast of new product developments and updates. This is a client facing role and will require travel across UK and Ireland.
The role involves the following responsibilities;
Providing pre-sales product and technical assistance to the sales team.
Prepare software demonstrations
Attend client sales meetings, perform software demonstrations and take part in workshops.
Record client requirements and architect the solution.
Assist with client proposals, RFI, RFT etc.
Ensure the sales teams are up-to-date on the latest product enhancements and developments.
Assist with the production of demonstration scenarios and maintenance of the demonstration environment.
We would like to meet candidates with the following key skills:
Excellent ERP Systems knowledge, 3 years minimum – consultant level
Excellent ability to write SQL queries
A good understanding of Cloud Infrastructure
Great communication skills and the ability to present at board level.
Experience working in collaborative teams to deliver complex ERP projects.
