The company is an award winning organisation involved in ERP Software sales into the SME marketplace. They have expanded their client based rapidly over the last twelve months and have offices in Dublin, The UK and Mainland Europe.

They have recently established an Internal Sales Team and now wish to hire a Sales Professional to lead, Manage and Motivate that team to achieve continued growth.

INSIDE SALES LEAD

The role will suit candidates who are seasoned telesales specialists looking to move to a company at the early stages of establishing a telesales division. This is a great opportunity to grow the division using the skills and experience you have gained over the past three years.   

We would ideally like to meet candidates who have experience of the Business Software sales area who can lead by example as well as motivate the team.

The role is based in their South Side Headquarters and you will operate into the Irish, UK and European markets. You are a proficient IT systems user and you understand that to get the most out of a young team the environment needs to be a fun place to be.

You will work closely with the marketing manager and other senior management team members.
